The Opportunity: As a Growth Coach for Executives, you will play a pivotal role in guiding senior leaders to achieve their personal and professional best. You will work remotely with C-suite and VP-level clients, using proven methodologies to foster self-awareness, strategic thinking, and transformative change.
Responsibilities
• Conduct confidential, one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
• Assess client needs and co-create tailored growth plans
• Deliver actionable feedback and challenge clients constructively
• Track progress against goals and adjust approaches as necessary
• Support a diverse range of leaders across industries
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
• Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC) preferred
• Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
• Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
