Position Summary: As a Part-Time or Full-Time Sales Representative (Contract-to-Hire), you will be responsible for:

Owning end-to-end sales of complete gym solutions: design, equipment procurement, installation, service, asset/warranty management.

Covering your assigned territory with nationwide selling flexibility.

Providing exceptional client consultations and follow-through.

Tracking sales pipeline & reporting wins.

Job Requirements
βœ… Minimum 2+ years B2B sales closing $25K+ deals/month (must demo track record)
βœ… Reliable transportation
βœ… High School Diploma or GED
βœ… Professional appearance & strong communication skills
βœ… Must pass background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited)
βœ… Smoke & vape-free workplace

Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time minimum 15-20 hours/week or full-time, Monday–Friday daytime (business hours)
Nationwide virtual closes; travel as needed (10-30% depending on territory)
Compensation: 100% commission-based (uncapped potential)
All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months & 200 hours before full-time employment consideration.
