We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Handle customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system.
Ā Answer customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Ā Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively.
Ā Manage returns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Ā Work efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ā Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers.
Requirements:
Ā Proficiency in... German at a C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Ā Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ā Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ā High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding.
Ā Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls and other tasks.
