**The careerzynith Culinary Internship Program**
Our Culinary Internship Program is a paid program designed to provide culinary students with hands-on experience in a dynamic and inspirational kitchen culture. As a Culinary Intern at careerzynith, you'll work closely with our experienced culinary mentors to gain a deeper understanding of the culinary industry and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this field. Our internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience that includes:
* Preparing menu items across all kitchen stations
* Rotating through various stations, including pizza/pasta, deli, salad bar, grill, and international cuisine
* Engaging with guests and tailoring plates to their dietary needs
* Reviewing culinary and front-of-house standards
* Learning about wellness and sustainability initiatives
* Adhering to "platinum service" customer service standards
* Consistently practicing safety and sanitation protocols
* Assisting with catering events, including setup and execution
* Developing professional relationships and enhancing interpersonal skills
**Professional Development Opportunities**

**Requirements**
To be eligible for the careerzynith Culinary Internship Experience Program, you must:
* Be currently enrolled in a college or professional culinary program and provide appropriate documentation
* Meet your university's GPA requirement for internship
* Successfully complete sanitation standards training
* Successfully complete relevant knife skills and/or Intro to Culinary coursework
* Be available to work 20-40 hours a week based on business needs and internship requirements
* College credit is not required, but we will provide appropriate documentation if necessary
