Requirements Qualified candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience producing live events. Experienced live and virtual event professional with agency-related experience implementing large scale, multi-faceted productions. An active and participatory member of the team who understands when it is appropriate to lead and when it is necessary to listen. A collaborative spirit with a “let’s get it done” attitude – understanding of prioritization and recognizing the importance of being a part of the team. Ability to manage and lead multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and clients with finesse and efficiency. An event strategist with an innovative and creative approach to not doing things ‘status quo’ – someone who loves to live OUTSIDE the box. You’re cool under pressure, organized, and know what’s happening in all facets, at all times, and with all team members of your project. You’re an excellent communicator – written, verbal – and you exalt calmness under pressure to your clients and teams during even the most high-stress of situations. Your clients love working with you, your teams feel supported by you, and your supervisors have confidence in you. Most importantly, you love events, you live for them, you understand that no two events will ever be the same, nor should they.
