**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Compliance Processor I at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* **Data Entry and Verification**: Transfer data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Compliance Audits**: Conduct thorough audits and reviews of all required CACFP documentation and systems to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as careerzynith policies and procedures.
* **Claims and Reporting**: Submit state claims and internal reports in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner, adhering to all guidelines and regulations.
* **Data Entry from State Websites and Internal Forms**: Accurately enter data from state websites and internal forms, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Compliance Concerns**: Identify and bring up compliance concerns, ensuring that careerzynith remains in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* **Menu Review**: Review menus from careerzynith centers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Clerical and/or Office Experience**: Previous clerical or office experience is preferred, but not required.
* **10-Key Proficiency**: Proficiency in 10-key typing is preferred, but not required.
* **Independence and Self-Motivation**: The ability to work independently and stay on task, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
* **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

* **Experience with Excel**: Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* **Data Entry Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a compliance-related role.
* **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
