[Remote] Eagle STAR/PACE– L2/L3 Production Support Analyst

GG Tech Global is seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications within an investment management environment. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on production support and development activities.ResponsibilitiesMonitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLAPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and systemic issuesProvide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACESupport batch processing, job monitoring, and data validationHandle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teamsSupport release deployments and post-implementation validationPrepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articlesParticipate in Eagle STAR/PACE development activitiesSkillsStrong hands-on experience with Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)Strong hands-on experience with Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshootingExperience with Eagle Data ModelExperience with job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred)Understanding of SDLC, change management, and production release processesExperience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JiraInvestment Management / Asset Management domain knowledgeUnderstanding of Security reference dataUnderstanding of Pricing and corporate actionsUnderstanding of Portfolio positions and transactionsUnderstanding of Performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred)6+ years of overall IT experience4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Eagle STAR and Eagle PACEExperience working in an L2/L3 production support environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under tight reporting deadlinesGood communication skills with business users and project management teamsAbility to work in an onshore/offshore modelExperience with FactSet or other performance systemsExposure to Eagle AccountingExperience in performance attribution environmentsCompany OverviewGG Tech Global ( G3 ) is a specialized IT consultancy firm that excels in providing comprehensive services in digital transformation consulting, enterprise architecture consulting, test advisory, and more.
