Position Details • Title: Fullstack Developer • Work Type: Remote • Contract Type: B2B (via Deel) • Preferred Location: Poland/Romania/Bulgaria/Lithuania/Czech Repubic/Slovakia • Working Hours: Standard office hours • Start Date: ASAP Must-Have Skills • 5+ years of experience with React • 5+ years of experience with Node.js • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product feature development (planning, execution, testing, deployment) • Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, Redis • Strong understanding of product development for non-technical end users • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, customer experience teams) Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with AWS • Strong focus on user experience and product design Team & Work Environment • The product team consists of 12 engineers, primarily fullstack developers • Engineers take full ownership, handling both development and deployment (no dedicated QA or DevOps) If you are passionate about building intuitive and scalable software, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and want to contribute to an AI-powered real estate platform, we encourage you to apply.
