Job Responsibilities
As a Live Sales Chat Representative for Life Science Solutions at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
Providing high-level customer service excellence through our digital platforms, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive
Triage web-based sales leads and directing customers to appropriate selling resources, ensuring that their needs are met and that sales opportunities are maximized

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in the principles and practices of biotechnology and life sciences
Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
