Group Product Manager, Mobile Carrier Partnerships (Remote; Full Time; Multiple Openings) - RingCentral - USA - work from home job Company: RingCentral Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for working with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, including leading the design and delivery of fixed mobile convergence solutions to integrate RingCentral’s applications with mobile carrier partners and successfully launching products into a wide variety of market segments. DUTIES: Developing and managing project roadmaps for new integration solutions based on customer and business needs; defining product requirements and planning development from conception to delivery; collaborating with engineering team to deliver products and features; managing the process of launching product releases from ideation, developing user stories, performing user acceptance testing, and measuring in-life product metrics; managing dependencies, defining requirements and prioritizing backlog for development and integration of products and features; communicating effectively with engineering technically and translating business requirements into solution specifications; working with cross-functional teams to manage go-to-market approach and communication on new releases; tracking and measuring the success of each product/feature launched; maintaining a detailed understanding of Vol TE services, Mobile Wireless networks, and IMS architecture; communicating and educating partners about RingCentral features, and roadmap; communicating both strategic vision and tactical plans to key stakeholders. SKILLS/TOOLS: Experience with telecommunications networks, IT systems, voice solutions, IMS architecture, IMS environments, project management, IT roadmaps, managing project delivery, and sales management is required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.
