[FULL TIME Remote] Customer Service Advisor Work From Home

Our team is expanding! We have a new opening for a Customer Service Advisor Work From Home! This is a fully Remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. This position comes with an attractive salary of a competitive salary.   We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors working from home (fully remote) to earn £23,795 per annum.

Customer Service Advisor role:

You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We are looking for good communicators, who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller whilst respecting and understanding their needs at all times.

Customer Service Advisor pay:
