Job Summary: This individual performs all front office duties to include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, compiling dental health records, and preparing correspondence. The goal of the Dental Receptionist is to ensure seamless processing of patients, maintaining appointment books, ensuring accurate treatment and billing records, and delivering top quality customer service and support for both patients and staff. Travel between location may be required.
