A private equity backed organization with global operations, Pro-Vigil provides peace of mind to thousands of customers across the U.S. About the Role We’re seeking a Front Desk & HR Assistant to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting Human Resources operations. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in HR, administration, or office management. Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Administrative Support (70%) • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. • Answer and route incoming calls and general inquiries. • Maintain lobby appearance and manage office supply inventory. • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries promptly. • Coordinate meetings, including room setup and guest logistics. HR Support (30%) • Assist with new hire onboarding (I-9 verification, badges, first-day materials). • Maintain employee records in ADP and Google Workspace. • Provide administrative support to the HR team. • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR communications. • Support training, compliance, and event logistics. Qualifications • 2+ years in customer service, administrative, or receptionist roles preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional and approachable. • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Interest in learning HR practices and growing in the people function.
