Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are spotless, hygienic, and welcoming for clients and visitors.
Duties
ā¢ Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
ā¢ Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
ā¢ Execute custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
ā¢ Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring cleanliness and freshness.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
ā¢ Maintain an organized cleaning supply inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
ā¢ Assist in housekeeping management tasks to streamline cleaning operations effectively.
Requirements
ā¢ Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
ā¢ Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
ā¢ Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
ā¢ Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and use of cleaning chemicals safely is essential.
