Job Title: Expert WordPress SEO Specialist – Content Refresh & Strategy (As-Needed / 1-Page Trial)
Project Overview:
I own a local Tree Service company in Southwest Florida. My website content has not been significantly updated since 2018, and I am currently ranking low organically. I am looking for a US-based SEO expert for as-needed collaboration to modernize my site and build topical authority as an ISA Certified Arborist-owned tree service company that provides the best tree services in town.
The Trial Phase:
To start, I am hiring for a single-page audit and optimization. You will review one of my primary service pages, perform keyword research, and rewrite/optimize the content to meet 2026 Google standards. If this trial is successful, we will move into an ongoing, as-needed relationship.
Security Notice: I do not provide full Admin access for audits or proposals. Hired freelancers will be granted "Editor" access to WordPress and "Read-Only" access to Google Search Console/Analytics.
What I need help with (As-Needed):
2018 Content Refresh: Auditing and rewriting thin/outdated content to meet modern Google E-E-A-T standards.
Arborist Expertise Integration: Turning my technical arborist knowledge into "helpful content" that ranks.
Technical On-Page: Implementing Local Business Schema, fixing H1-H3 hierarchies, and descriptive image alt-text.
Local Strategy: Planning and building new hyper-local landing pages for specific neighborhoods.
Data Audit: Using Google Analytics/GSC to ensure we are making data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
Portfolio/Reference: Must provide proof at least one link or reference to a local service business that you have successfully ranked higher organically on the first page of google.
Proven track record with local service-based businesses.
Expertise in WordPress, Technical SEO, and SEO Content Writing.
Must be US-based.
