Job Title: Medical Outreach Agent
รย Pay: $16/hr. Full-Time + Weekly pay!
รย Schedule: Day shifts. M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST (Full time, No Weekends)
รย 2 weeks paid training.
รย Start Date: 12/9/24
รย ***NO TIME OFF FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS****
Key Responsibilities:
รย Call center environment managing outbound calls to/from insurance providers.
รย Utilize multiple screens.
รย Multi-task between data-entry and talking with customer.
รย Follow HIPPA guidelines.
Qualifications: Must have at least 6-12 months of call center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
รย Commutable distance to Houston, TX for completion of onboarding steps.
รย Proven experience in high volume call center environment.
รย Ability to work in a quiet location with no distractions.
รย Must be able to be on camera during training and when supervisor requires.
