Financial Professional (Full Training Provided) - Work From Home
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our financial services team as an Entry Level Financial Professional/Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals, needs, and concerns
ā¢ Develop and implement financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs
ā¢ Educate individuals on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products and services
ā¢ Analyze market trends and provide regular updates to clients on their investment portfolios
ā¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
ā¢ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
ā¢ Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
Compensation:
ā¢ Performance-based bonuses and incentives
ā¢ 1099 commission only
