Finance Specialist - Disbursement Management and Control

The Finance Specialist will support the US Disbursement Management and Control team by maintaining procedures and controls for disbursements, ensuring the integrity of accounts payable services, and assisting in various financial processes. Responsibilities Review and accurately process U.S. Office invoices, including Global Services and Alternate Businesses, ensuring appropriate approvals and coding in compliance with BCG cost coding guidelines Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders Assist in Vendor File maintenance including creation and update of vendor and employee records Complete monthly deliverables with Sales Tax reporting for the Tax Department Manage the monthly Rent reconciliation alongside our US DMC Finance Senior Analyst Effectively communicate and interact in a professional manner with other local offices and departments within the company.
