We need a highly organized individual who excels in data analysis, cost tracking, and financial oversight. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations, monitoring revenue performance, and maintaining accuracy in payments and subscriptions. While data analysis is a key component, the current team requires someone who can bring structure and expertise to this area. What You’ll Do: Process payroll, freelance payments, and subscription renewals to ensure timely processing Monitor and analyze operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency Review revenue data and assess performance metrics to drive informed decision-making Bring structure to performance tracking by analyzing key financial and operational data Managing financial workflows and reporting What You Should Be Good At: Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling financial data Highly organized and capable of keeping things on track in a fast-paced environment Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions Prior experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis is a plus Our mission-driven culture: Seen TV spotlights the unseen: We don’t tell people’s stories for them - we help them tell their own.
