The Enterprise Solution Consultant will drive solution discovery and design of Five9’s AI Agents Solutions, collaborating on sales proposals and providing pre-sales support to optimize customer results.ResponsibilitiesPartner with direct and indirect sales teams to acquire new Five9 customers and increase Five9 footprint within the install baseDrive and engage prospect facing solution discovery, with a focus on integrating Five9 technology into an organization’s existing infrastructureTranslate customer business needs/outcomes to technical solutionsProvide subject matter expertise to Five9 Sales Directors and Solution ConsultantsEducate, enable, and empower Five9 direct and indirect sellersDeliver customized solution demonstrations & presentationsRemain up to date on the latest technologies with respect to all things Contact Center and CX AIAnswer prospect/customer-initiated Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)Effectively communicate opportunity engagement plans, progress, and status to both internal and customer organizationsContinually seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organizationDevelop materials in-line with specific sales and/or services opportunity requirementsWork with Professional Services to align on configuration of products for customers and ensure a seamless pre to post sales transitionIdentify and initiate opportunities for continual team process improvement while working with cross team internal stakeholdersWork with Marketing and Product Managers to define new products & initiatives and provide insight from the field back to these groupsMust be able to travel nationally on short notice, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work to clients in addition to working remotely from your home officeSkills5+ Years of experienceBusiness acumen, with an engineering mindsetContact Center/Customer Experience industry experience a plusOutstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective customer relationshipsTechnical knowledge of systems integration (APIs, SOAP, REST, etc.)Technical knowledge of, and experience with, Voice and Digital AI products like AI Agents, Chatbots, and Interactive Voice Assistants (IVA)Enterprise architecture designEducation - Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience PreferredExtensive on-site and web-based Executive level presentation experience and associated skillsProven record of successful solution sellingHigh degree of self-motivationCX Industry Application of: Agentic AI Architecture and Industry Trends, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, LLMs, CCaaS, UCaaS, Automated Quality Management, Contact Center Operations, Contact Center Reporting, Knowledge Management, Workflow AutomationBenefitsAnnual performance bonusStockOther applicable incentive compensation plansHealth, dental, and vision coverage, beginning on the first day of employment.
