Fast Paced Agency Operations Manager (25-30 Hrs/Wk)
We're looking for someone who thrives in chaos and finds calm in the middle of a million moving parts. If you're the person who keeps the team on track, gets deliverables out the door, and makes sure no balls get dropped, this is your role. You'll be the go-to for all things coordination across our agency. With 25 clients and tasks flying in every direction, we need someone who’s organized, fast, and unshakably reliable. What We’re Looking For You’ve worked in an agency or similar fast-paced environment You know Asana like the back of your hand and can set up workflows with your eyes closed You can juggle 50 open threads without breaking a sweat You write clear, friendly, professional emails — fast You’re a natural at follow-up and don’t mind checking in again (and again) You like structure and order but can work in organized chaos when needed You’re solutions-focused and proactive, not someone who waits to be told what to do Your tasks will include: - Daily Asana management across 25-30 clients - Improving & troubleshooting Asana automations & workflows - Responding to client questions and emails - Coordinating with various departments and contractors to move work along - Potential account management role available to meet regularly with clients MUST Work in USA Timezone.
