What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver compelling one-on-one product demonstrations to individual users and solo practitioners
- Teach users how to utilize specific features of the GC AI tool for their legal practices
- Collaborate with solo subscribers to design tailored AI solutions for their workflows
- Manage the technical onboarding and setup for new users to ensure a smooth transition
- Serve as the primary contact for individual subscribers, providing support and addressing their queries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience practicing law
- Proven background in designing or delivering training programs or workshops
- Strong technical curiosity and a passion for experimenting with new software and AI tools
- Demonstrated customer success mindset with experience in building professional relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with engineering teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a solo practitioner or in a small firm environment
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and legal accuracy in AI tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a high volume of individual subscribers independently
