CareNational is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in USA ! This is a contract position and ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Pay Details
ā¢ Pay Range: $73.19 / Hour
Work Setting
ā¢ Remote - Candidates must be licensed in Tennessee. Additional Licensure in the following states is preferred AR, CO, IA, ID, IN, LA, MI, NE, OK, TX, WY, NV
Position Details
ā¢ Contract Length: 6 months
ā¢ Location: Remote -Candidates must be licensed in Tennessee. Additional Licensure in the following states is preferred AR, CO, IA, ID, IN, LA, MI, NE, OK, TX, WY, NV
ā¢ Shift: Orientation 40 hours during first week, Regular Hours are 4-8 hr shifts a week
Requirements
ā¢ Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
ā¢ A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in either a family medicine or primary care practice preferred. If not, successful completion of CVS Minute Clinic primary care training program.
ā¢ Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions
ā¢ Self- motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for their patients and their practice
ā¢ Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
ā¢ Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
ā¢ Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility
ā¢ Ability to work remotely in a clinical care team culture
ā¢ Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
ā¢ Is proficient with information management and technology
ā¢ Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures
ā¢ Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues frequently to ensure quality patient care
