[Remote] Senior Program Finance Analyst

Leidos is a leading defense contractor with an immediate opening for a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the IFPC Program within the Indirect Fires and Force Protection Business Area. The role involves partnering with program managers and functional leaders to drive financial performance, manage program financials, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve operational goals.ResponsibilitiesLead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and presentation of financial forecasts, reports and analysisLead weekly, month, and quarterly EAC presentations/discussions with PM, DPM, and IPT leadsLead preparation of weekly and month staffing presentations for the WFOV portfolioAssist Program Managers and IPT leads quantify identified programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating riskAssist Program Managers and IPT leads explain variances against their latest EACSupport F&BO Manager with financial forecasting, EACs; monthly CTTP estimates, quarterly forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Support F&BO Manager with month-end closings and variance/trend analysesSupport F&BO Manager with cash management and inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reductionSkillsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline and 8+ years of program finance related experiencePrior defense contracting industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contractsAnalytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independentlyUS citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as neededKnowledge of financial systems and applications such as: Cost Point, Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, and Cost PointProficient in Microsoft applications such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and WordCompany OverviewLeidos is an industry and technology leader serving government and commercial customers with smarter, more efficient digital and mission innovations.
