Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch client support via inbound calls, ensuring seamless travel planning and booking experiences. Creating personalized travel itineraries, including flights, vehicles, and accommodations, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our Card Members. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing innovative solutions and recommendations. Staying up-to-date on new and existing product offerings, incentives, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Travel Consultant with American Express, you'll need: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client support or sales roles within the travel industry, hospitality, or related fields. Proven ability to deliver premium client care, preferably in a call center or similar fast-paced environment. Strong geographical knowledge, with the ability to locate countries, cities, and key travel destinations worldwide.
