With a focus on empathy, active listening, and creative problem-solving, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, advancing your career and achieving your goals. **Responsibilities** As a Telehealth Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required, and consistently striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
