Input and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy.
Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Perform basic math calculations as needed for data verification and reporting.
Utilize Excel and other spreadsheet functions to analyze data effectively.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data entries.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality.
Experience
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic math concepts and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
Experience using pivot tables or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory.
