**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Research and respond to written inquiries**: Respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, utilizing your exceptional communication and analytical skills.
* **Perform data entry tasks**: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing Microsoft suite and other software applications.
* **Utilize software applications**: Utilize a range of software applications, including Microsoft suite, to complete tasks and deliver high-quality results.
* **Demonstrate exceptional skills**: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience**: Possess a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
* **Experience in provider outreach**: Possess experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions.
* **Data entry and/or typing experience**: Possess data entry and/or typing experience, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* **Proficiency in Microsoft suite**: Possess proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* **Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills**: Possess a strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

* **5 years of experience**: Possess 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing.
