We're seeking an experienced and driven Telechat / Live Chat Representative to join our remote team. As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience while interacting with our brand. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Monitoring and responding to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner

* Effectively promoting and upselling products to increase sales
* Assisting customers with placing orders and tracking shipments
* Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
