About the Job We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization. Your technical expertise and program management skills will be essential in driving business growth and improving our cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and growth Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience in program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals Strong technical expertise and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
