The role involves enhancing dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving data-driven insights to improve business performance.ResponsibilitiesEstablish regular cadences with Super Users and User Representatives in order to keep a pulse on changing user requirements and become a true stakeholder advocatePartner with Product Owners and Program Managers to translate enhancement requests into User StoriesParticipate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines leveraging Azure DevOps Sprints, Acceptance Criteria, and Story PointsSupport business leaders with quick wins by leveraging data & analytics expertise and by building proof of concept solutionsSupport test and learns and iterative development based on user feedback and evolving requirementsDevelop enhancements and new BI reports with existing Semantic Models, leveraging basic DAX and complex visualization toolsEnsure alignment of BI reports with industry best practices, documented KPI definitions, and SCI reporting templatesValidate data accuracy, consistency, and performanceConduct peer reviews to identify and resolve data or visualization issues in collaboration with senior developersCreating and maintaining documentation of data sources, models, reports, KPI calculations, business logic, and user guidesRespond to user questions, access requests, and performance concerns post-deploymentManage manually-generated reporting and actively identify opportunities for streamlining, decommissioning, and/or automationContinuously seek opportunities to enhance the clarity and usability of reporting toolsPartner with sustainment team to communicate issues, support bug resolution, and identify opportunities for continuous improvementPartner with business users to generate intelligence and insights, using data, operational systems, reporting tools, and general analytical capabilitiesCollaborate with business users to understand the strategy and empower them to challenge the status quo and assumptions with the support of data and critical insightsExecute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leadersWork with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processesUse models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performanceExecute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliverSkillsBachelor's degree is requiredEducation: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferredExperience: 1-3 years of experience in BI development or related analytics work; courses, internships or academic projects related to change management are a plusPrior experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing and/or knowledge of Supply Chain concepts is preferredFamiliarity with Excel, Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service, including basic data modeling concepts and DAX formulasUnderstanding of visualization best practices and UI/UX for dashboardsStrong collaboration and communication skillsOpenness to feedback and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentAble to work effectively with business users and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshootingBenefitsHealth insuranceWellness and family support programsLife and disability insuranceRetirement savings plansPaid leave programsEducation related programsPaid holidays and vacation timeCompany OverviewMondelēz International, Inc.
