**Experienced Talent Manager (Administrative & Customer Support) – Business Development & Client Relationship Expert**

You'll market arenaflex's services through various channels, including telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments. Your expertise will be essential in recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders * Conduct in-person meetings, video calls, and phone calls to market arenaflex's services and identify new business opportunities * Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects and contract assignments * Manage ongoing engagements to deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates * Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates * Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business development strategies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support, preferably in a business development or sales role * 2+ years of experience in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of developing new business and closing deals * Strong understanding of administrative and customer support department operations * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System * Familiarity with contact management applications, such as Salesforce **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field * Experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency * Strong understanding of the administrative and customer support industry * Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies * Ability to travel to client meetings and networking events **Skills and Competencies** * Business acumen and market knowledge * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System * Familiarity with contact management applications, such as Salesforce **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our Talent Managers grow and develop their careers.
