Online Chat Representative
For inbound chat operators. Our Web Chat Agents provide individuals the ability to engage in online conversations to inquire about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance and general dealership questions. Our focus is to represent our dealer clients favorably online and to turn the experience into a lead so that our dealer clients can generate revenue from their website... traffic.
Responsibilities:
Ā Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
Ā Provide accurate information about products and services via online chat
Ā Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments
Ā Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services
Ā Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
Ā Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
Ā Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred
Ā Have a handle on basic internet and window based computer skills
Ā Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful
Ā Positive and professional demeanor
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick paced work environment
Requirements:

Ā Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Ā Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
Ā Fluent English both spoken and written.
Ā Fast typing skills a plus. Minimum 35wpm
Ā You must be able to pass a background check.
Ā High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
Ā Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center or office customer service setting is preferred. 2+ years experience.
