Job Overview The Senior Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in associating with business stakeholders across the organization to make informed sourcing decisions in selecting service providers, maximizing the value of our annual professional services spend, and mitigating risks through intelligent contract negotiations. This role will involve running RFPs, negotiating organization and section-level deals, managing vendor relationships, recommending best-in-class providers and innovations, facilitating process improvements, and bringing stakeholders across segments together for collaboration and leveraging opportunities. Key Responsibilities Join a dynamic team responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex, building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement to identify the best vendor partners, leading deal negotiations, and assisting in optimizing cross-section vendor relationships. Work on a wide range of projects, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, and more, exposing you to various service-providing industries and enabling your growth in strategic thinking, relationship building, creative problem-solving, process improvement, innovation sourcing, and other key skills. Develop subject-matter expertise in the professional services category through research, networking, leading key initiatives, and building relationships with leaders in the various disciplines. Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders, evaluating vendors and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria. Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to arenaflex policy and procedures, analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the most desirable value. Prepare and execute clear, based negotiation strategies utilizing Strategic Sourcing methodology, preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration. Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance management programs with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost. Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices, communicating and documenting to management the status of any significant outside relationships that could impact planning and decision-making. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of services category sourcing. Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels. Strong strategic agility, analytical abilities, and written and oral communication skills. Excellent negotiation abilities and the ability to collaborate in a team environment. Internal client focus, ability/preference to work in various environments, and ability to handle ambiguity. Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms & conditions, and entertainment industry trends and situations. Proven proficiency with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements. Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services. Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus. Consulting/Advisory background is a plus. Education A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.
