[Remote] Events Marketing Manager

This role involves coordinating events, managing budgets, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure successful brand representation at various conferences and trade shows.ResponsibilitiesResearch and evaluate events across software testing, DevOps, and security marketsCollect sponsorship prospectuses and pricing, assess fit against goals and budgets, and recommend opportunitiesCoordinate sponsorship agreements, contracts, and payments with internal stakeholders and event organizersMaintain a centralized calendar and pipeline of global eventsPartner with marketing leadership to finalize annual event budgetsTrack event expenses against forecasts and ensure financial accountabilityManage invoices, reimbursements, and card-based expenses through internal systemsProvide visibility into ROI and cost efficiency across the event portfolioManage all operational deliverables required by event organizers (branding assets, forms, timelines)Coordinate booth strategy and production, including signage, collateral, and physical space designOversee vendor relationships for booth builds, A/V, furniture, and lead scanning toolsCollaborate with content and demand generation teams to execute pre-event campaigns across email and socialSupport virtual or hybrid event experiences when requiredDevelop and evolve Sembi’s global swag strategy year-over-yearManage sourcing, design coordination, and purchasing of conference giveawaysMaintain inventory accuracy across storage locations in the US and EUCoordinate shipping logistics to and from event venues, including customs considerations where applicablePartner with marketing leadership to define event staffing plansCoordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itinerariesProduce pre-event prep materials such as team schedules, booth coverage, and training resourcesOrganize team communications, training sessions, and on-site planning meetingsAttend key events and act as the primary on-site operations leadManage booth setup, logistics, team scheduling, giveaways, and attendee engagement flowRepresent Sembi brands at a high level — greeting visitors, scanning leads, and supporting demosCapture event photos and video content and coordinate real-time social media activityEnsure all leads are processed and distributed for follow-up within established timelinesFacilitate post-event retrospectives and collect team feedbackProduce after-action reports with performance insights and recommendationsSupport post-event marketing campaigns and renew sponsorships where appropriateSkills4+ years of experience managing B2B events, field marketing, or experiential marketing programsMust be fluent in English and PortugueseStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneouslyComfortable working across distributed global teams and coordinating international logisticsExceptional attention to detail paired with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong communication and vendor management skillsExperience supporting trade shows, conferences, or global SaaS events preferredCompany OverviewSembi provides unified testing and security tools, including TestRail and Sembi IQ, to support test management and governed QA workflows.
