At arenaflex, we're committed to innovation, creativity, and excellence in everything we do. **About the Role** As a Solutions Analyst on our Labor Systems team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Follow established software development methodologies and testing procedures to ensure high-quality solutions * Provide timely and accurate results for clients, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization * Maintain a strong understanding of IT technology and trends, including attending seminars, workshops, and conferences, and staying up-to-date with industry publications and technical documentation * Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of data integration technologies, including APIs, ETL, and data warehousing * Participate in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Provide high-level estimates based on initial requirements * Break down complex problems into smaller, testable tasks * Develop and maintain strong reporting and analytic architectures * Build scalable and extensible solutions that require minimal resources to maintain * Develop high-quality, user-friendly solutions that meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders * Collect, process, and analyze large datasets * Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment * Participate in on-call rotations and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of experience with a primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or equivalent * 1+ years of experience working with data technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent * Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions * Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and perform task obligations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Ability to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively * Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous individual with a strong desire to achieve results **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net) * Validated experience with Visual Studio or equivalent IDE * Bachelor's degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Educational assistance and professional development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about technology and data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
