Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process optimization, and automation, implementing data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
Simplify and scale the current planning process efficiently to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
