Remote FP&A Powebi Analyst
Part-Time Real Estate Financial Forecasting Consultant (<30 hrs/week)
We're hiring an experienced finance professional to lead real estate financial forecasting engagements on a part-time basis. This role is client-facing, so you'll be in regular working sessions with client FP&A and accounting teams, and we need someone who can hold those conversations as a peer.
What you'll do
Build and maintain real estate financial forecasts across the three financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Partner with client FP&A/accounting teams to understand and validate their calculations, drivers, and assumptions
Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting that turn forecast outputs into decision-ready insights
Implement and refine forecasting models in Aim Plan
What we're looking for
Direct FP&A experience is essential. You've sat in the seat, owned the model, and can speak the language of accounting and finance leaders
Strong command of the three-statement model and how real estate specific items (NOI, debt service, cap-ex, recoveries, valuations) flow through each
Hands-on Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, report design)
