If you're a results-driven sales professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a sales leader at blithequark, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Direct the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives * Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members * Directs the sales performance in specified region * Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management * Develop strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts * Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales * Lead difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects * Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the medical device industry * Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * Experience working in a similar role at a medical device company * Knowledge of the medical device industry and current trends * Experience with sales performance management and analytics * Strong understanding of sales operations and process improvement * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations and process improvement * Ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams * Strong understanding of sales performance management and analytics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
