As a Retail Sales / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales, learning and uncovering customers' needs, and providing them with a complete top-down sales solution. You'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, position product insights and solution recommendations, and close sales using phenomenal communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network. * Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to understand their requirements. * Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. * Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. * Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. * Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED. * One or more years of work experience. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). * Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. * Even better if you have one or more of the following: + Experience working in a commission-based environment. + Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. + Customer service experience. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers. * Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with arenaflex's latest products and services. * Proficiency in sales and customer service software and tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
