Job Overview
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring seamless interactions. Key Responsibilities

Act as a human answering service outside or during business hours for a diverse range of businesses, including doctor's offices, hospitals, and other medical fields.
Handle emergency dispatching with precision and care.
Greet customers warmly via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
Monitor alarm systems and respond promptly to any alerts or issues.
Process order entries and manage scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for various industries.
Take messages by asking questions according to client specifications and transfer calls via our computer system based on instructions provided by clients.


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications and keyboard functions.
Creative and proactive problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer inquiries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and clients.
Experience with the Amtelco platform is a plus, but not required.
A flexible personality that can adapt to changing situations and priorities.
A genuinely friendly and compassionate approach to customer service.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work at least one weekend day and maintain a flexible schedule.
Strong attention to detail and ability to type 25 words per minute.


Preferred Qualifications
