They are seeking Recruiting Sourcers to help grow their network of exceptional clinicians by building strong relationships and effectively sourcing talent in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal recruiters and clinical managers to define ideal candidate profiles for school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), School Psychologists (SP), and Occupational Therapists (OT) positionsLeverage sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure boards, resume databases, etc.) to proactively identify and engage top talentBuild and nurture pipelines of both active and passive candidatesCraft compelling outreach messages that align with Huddle Up’s mission and valuesAccurately track candidate progress using our ATS and internal sourcing trackersStay informed on state-by-state licensure requirements and school hiring timelinesSkills2+ years of experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, ideally school-based cliniciansProficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Handshake, etcExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, self-directed, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environmentFamiliarity with licensure, credentials, and school staffing is strongly preferredCompany OverviewHuddle Up specializes in providing speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
