Provide management support, including profile creation and updating
Perform filing, data entry, and document production tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Assist in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks
Manage the company's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring that they are seated and alerted to staff members of their arrival/appointment
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
Responsible for checking and ordering supply items, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and running smoothly
