Customer Service Representative - Remote

We're looking for fellow Vermonters to join our team of Customer Service Representatives and show customers that while a company that treats you right may be hard to find, it's certainly not an old-fashioned concept.
The majority of our Customer Service Representatives work from... the comfort of their own homes in Vermont! Others prefer to work in our call centers in Manchester and Rutland, Vt..
Every Customer Service Representative receives on-the-job training! Equipment including laptop, monitor and keyboard are provided for remote Customer Service Representatives.
Current Customer Service Hours of Operation:
Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
A Sampling of What You'll Do
Answer customer phone calls to assist with placing orders from our catalog or online store
Answer customer questions about products and orders
Become knowledgeable about products offered by The Vermont Country Store
Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls
Who We're Looking For
Must be a Vermont resident, work must be performed in Vermont
Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
Must be at least 16 years of age
Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
Ability to learn new computer applications
Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
