We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our careerzynith team. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:
Act as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and accurate support.
Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners.
Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Log and document participant conversations/issues, providing a clear and concise record of interactions.
Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website.
What's Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service.
Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS.
Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including updates to enrollments, policies, and rates.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
