About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and support
Gather and relay accurate information to clinicians, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination
Utilize strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to navigate complex and emotionally charged situations
Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining a private and patient-confidential workspace
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

18 years of age or older
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
Availability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (non-shared)
Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
