Graphic Designer/Creative
Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (Contractor) to support a range of ongoing projects. This role will focus on creating clear, consistent design materials for both print and digital use.
You will work with our team to design reports, outreach materials, social graphics, presentations, templates, and other visual assets across multiple projects. Some projects will require final designs, while others may require templates that clients can update after handoff.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
This is a Remote position.
Responsibilities
• Design print and digital materials, including flyers, reports, presentations, guides, and social media graphics.
• Create multi-page layouts and structured documents
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across projects
• Make revisions and updates based on the team or the client feedback
• Create editable templates when needed so clients can update materials themselves
• Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines
Requirements
• 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Portfolio that includes layout design and marketing materials
• Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Must have experience with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
