* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolve their concerns
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborating with managers to receive feedback, tips, and guidance on improving your performance
* Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
**What You'll Need**

* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting (retail, sales, or wait staff backgrounds are highly valued)
* Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
