Bach Team is looking to fill our junior architect position to be a part of our design team. This position provides a unique opportunity to be involved in the entire process of design on projects of varying scales. Bach team specializes in single-family and multi-family residential construction. Along with our interior design department, we work in a friendly collaborative environment that is part of a larger team of developers and contractors. You will be able to see the entire process of development from conception to occupancy and beyond.
We also have our own property management department which manages all our multi-family projects. This gives intrinsic value to quality design and longevity. You will work under the direction of our licensed architect managing projects as part of a team dedicated to learning and growing as a team. This is an IN OFFICE position and remote work is not a possibility.
Junior Architect Responsibilities
• Generate construction documents with minimal supervision in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create visualization graphics using Adobe Suite and other software.
• Present solutions to issues in construction.
• Coordinate with other professional consultants including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil, landscape, pool…etc.
• Work as part of the team.
• Manage files and documents.
• Site observations when necessary.
Requirements:
Junior Architect Qualifications
• 2-5 years' experience in architecture.
• Autodesk Software (Revit, AutoCAD)
• Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Microsoft Software (Excel, Word)
• Communication skills
• Proactive about personal growth and learning
