* Use rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs
* Gather and document client information with accuracy, ensuring our vendors have the best information to provide a quote
* Answer customer questions accurately and provide solutions to their problems
* Upsell products and services as required, meeting monthly sales metrics
**Job Expectations:**
* Must have a high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router
* Ability to start immediately, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our business needs
* Provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions, upholding careerzynith's high standards
* Uphold all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and behavior requirements
